Oldest ham achieved

Took us a while because of tangents and a migraine (thank-goodness for
my new goggles, pictured later) but we made it to the oldest cured
ham. A ham manufacturer had one extra for a shipment and for some
reason decided to keep it and eventually had a brass leash and tag
made for it. This is the Lurker's kind of guy. He would bring it to
trade shows and parties.
It still could be eaten. Mmmmm
