Ok Stop it the election is over

The Lurker had the privilege/horror of seeing Billy D Williams speak at a comic convention. It was wonderfully terrible. He seemed a bit hungover and in a " you already spent your money and so have I" sort of mood. Why would he agree to be in this equally fantastic/ Horrendous election fake out?
